• Armenius LTD работает в основном с зарегистрированными компаниями, реселлерами и корпоративными клиентами.
• Все заказы зависят от наличия товара, подтверждения цены и принятия Armenius LTD.
• Мы оставляем за собой право отказать, приостановить или отменить любой заказ по своему усмотрению.

• Все цены указаны в евро (€) и включают НДС, если явно не указано иное.
• Итоговая цена может зависеть от объёма заказа, условий оплаты или требований к доставке.

• Заказы можно оформить на сайте, по email, телефону, Viber или WhatsApp.
• Если письменно не согласовано иное, требуется полная предоплата банковским переводом.
• Одобренные клиенты могут получить отсрочку до 14 дней с даты доставки при письменном соглашении.

• Доставку организует Armenius LTD, обычно два раза в неделю.
• Стоимость доставки рассчитывается по весу и объёму отправки и сообщается до подтверждения заказа.
• Товары в наличии обычно доставляются за 1–4 рабочих дня. Спецзаказы и товары не со склада могут занять больше времени.

• Возврат принимается в течение 14 дней с доставки, если товар не использован, не вскрыт и в оригинальной упаковке.
• Все возвраты требуют предварительного одобрения Armenius LTD и оригинального счёта.
• Возврат средств или замена выполняются только после проверки и одобрения возвращённых товаров.

• На товары распространяется гарантия производителя и применимая законная гарантия по законам Кипра.
• Гарантия не покрывает повреждения из-за неправильного использования, небрежности, неверной установки или самовольных изменений.

• Armenius LTD не несёт ответственности за косвенные, случайные или последующие убытки из-за использования или невозможности использования товаров.
• Наша общая ответственность строго ограничена суммой счёта за проданные товары.

• Все личные и бизнес-данные обрабатываются согласно GDPR и применимым законам о защите данных.
• Данные клиентов используются только для обработки заказов, связи и поддержки клиентов.

• Armenius LTD may operate an optional customer referral program for registered account holders. Participation, reward rates, caps, cookie duration, and all other program rules are determined by Armenius LTD and may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, including after your access has been approved.
• The referral program is invite-only. An account is considered active in the program only when it has an assigned referrer reward percentage greater than zero. If your effective reward rate is zero, you do not earn referral rewards, referral tracking links are not generated for your account, and product sharing from your account uses the standard product URL without referral attribution.
• To request access, you may contact Customer Care using the details shown in My Account under Referrals, or submit the referral access request form in My Account. You must confirm that you agree to these Terms of Service, including this Referral Program section, before submitting a request. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Armenius LTD reviews requests at its discretion and may approve, decline, or request further information. If approved, a custom reward percentage may be assigned to your account (up to the maximum referrer reward percent stated below) and you may receive a confirmation email.
• At the time you read these Terms, the maximum referrer reward percentage that may be assigned to an account is 5%. Per-user rates may be lower. This maximum may be changed at any time.
• Referral rewards are calculated as a percentage of the qualifying order base (generally the order total excluding shipping and shipping tax), subject to minimum order-base thresholds and rounding rules. Each referred order is also subject to a maximum referral credit cap of 50.00 €. This cap may be changed at any time.
• Where enabled, referrers may share part of their reward with referred customers as an automatic cart or checkout discount. The share percentage you select in My Account cannot exceed 33% of your reward, and the resulting referee discount for a single order is capped at 20.00 €. These limits may be changed at any time. Setting your share to zero opts out of passing a discount to referees.
• Active referrers receive a personal referral code (your account user ID) and may share referral links that include a ?ref= parameter. Visitors who use a valid referral link or enter a valid referrer code at checkout may be attributed to that referrer for 90 days via a browser cookie, unless cleared earlier.
• You may not use your own referrer code on your own orders.
• Referral rewards are credited to your Armenius customer balance when the referred order reaches completed status. If an order is cancelled, fails, or is refunded in full or in part before or after completion, any related referral reward may be withheld, reduced, reversed, or withdrawn from your balance, including amounts already credited.
• Referral balance redemption at checkout is not offered unless separately announced by Armenius LTD.
• Referral history, balance, sharing controls, and request status are available in My Account under Referrals.
• Armenius LTD reserves the right to deny, withhold, reverse, or claw back referral payouts, suspend or terminate referral access, and take any other action we consider appropriate if we detect fraud, abuse, self-referral, artificial traffic, misleading promotion, suspicious ordering patterns, or any breach of these Terms.
