The splitter 87691 from Delock receives a DisplayPort signal from a PC or notebook and splits it between two connected screens. This means that two DisplayPort monitors can be operated on one DisplayPort connection. The two outputs are dual mode capable (DP++), so HDMI or DVI monitors can also be connected with appropriate adapters. The splitter is a Multi-Stream Transport (MST) hub and supports the extended desktop configuration of DisplayPort 1.2. When Mac OS is used, the same image is output (mirrored) on both ports, it is not possible to use both ports independently.
