We can install most operating systems. Official OEM activation with a Microsoft COA sticker is included for Windows 10 Pro or Windows 11 Pro. Data transfer, backups, Microsoft Office, antivirus software, games, applications, account setup and other additional software are not included and may be ordered separately. Customers supplying their own components should provide all required screws, cables, brackets, antennas, adapters and mounting accessories. When a required minor part is missing and available from Armenius, it may be supplied separately.

Every completed computer undergoes extensive testing before collection or delivery.

Testing includes:

• AIDA64 testing for up to 3 hours, or until system temperatures remain stable for at least 30 minutes
• General system performance testing
• FurMark graphics testing until GPU temperatures remain stable for at least 30 minutes
• OCCT full-system stability testing for 1 hour
• CPU, GPU and system temperature monitoring
• Hardware detection and functionality checks

Testing may be stopped if unsafe temperatures, instability, hardware faults or other problems are detected.

The normal completion time is 1–2 business days. Completion may take longer if a component is faulty or incompatible, a replacement is required, accessories are missing or the build requires additional troubleshooting.

Complex builds may require a separate quotation.

Assembly and installation work performed by Armenius is covered by a 1-year warranty. Components purchased from Armenius are covered by a 2-year warranty, subject to the applicable product warranty terms. Customer-supplied components are not covered by an Armenius component warranty. Any warranty claim for those parts must be handled with the original seller or manufacturer.

We accept both new and used customer-supplied components and provide the service at the same standard price. We will check the apparent compatibility of the supplied parts. However, Armenius is not liable for incompatibility, existing damage, hidden defects, instability or failure of customer-supplied components. If a supplied component is faulty or incompatible, there is no additional standard charge for identifying the issue during assembly. The customer must provide a suitable replacement or may purchase a compatible replacement from Armenius. Customer-supplied components may be photographed during intake to record their visible condition, identifying details and included accessories. The operating system will not be installed on a storage device containing customer data. Data backup, recovery, transfer, cloning and preservation of an existing installation are separate services.
