The Noctua NH-U14S DX-4677 is a high-end dedicated CPU air cooler designed specifically for Intel’s LGA4677 and LGA4710 sockets, used in Xeon 600 series, w9/w7/w5/w3, and 4th gen Xeon Scalable processors. It features a custom enlarged copper contact surface (70x56mm) optimized for the large IHS of these professional CPUs, ensuring superior heat transfer through 6 soldered nickel-plated copper heatpipes to aluminum fins.

Equipped with two award-winning NF-A15 140mm PWM fans in push/pull configuration, it delivers exceptional quiet cooling performance with NSPR rating of 179. The slim 45mm tower design maintains compatibility with tall RAM modules, and the SecuFirm2 mounting system with pre-applied NT-H1 thermal compound makes installation straightforward.
