Powered by Samsung’s 6th Generation V-NAND 3-bit MLC (TLC) flash memory and MKX controller, it achieves sequential read/write speeds up to 560/530 MB/s. The Intelligent TurboWrite technology provides a large SLC cache (up to 78GB dynamic) for sustained performance, while 4GB LPDDR4 DRAM ensures efficient caching and random IOPS up to 98K/88K.

Built for reliability, this SSD offers exceptional endurance rated at 2,400 TBW (Terabytes Written) and an MTBF of 1.5 million hours.
