High Performance — Very Soft
Based on silicone and a special filler material, the ARCTIC TP-3 outperforms high-performance thermal pads, especially where height differences occur between closely spaced chips due to manufacturing tolerances. It delivers excellent thermal conductivity despite its extremely low hardness of 55 Shore OO.
Minimize Thermal Resistance & Versatile Use
The 0.5 mm TP-3 pad compresses easily to ~0.3 mm, compensating for height differences up to 0.2 mm. It’s heat-conducting, vibration-damping, electrically insulating, and mouldable—ideal for RAM, chipsets, ICs in PCs, laptops, consoles, GPUs. Easily cut to size; safe, non-adhesive handling.
