Restrictions:
In accessing the Website you agree to access the contents solely for your own personal non-commersial use. You are not permitted to copy, download, store, distribute any part of the website without the prior written permission by I.T Armenius Ltd. All images of products are for represantation purposes only. Whilst every care is taken to provide accurate images of our products, actual products may differ slightly.
Product types and prices:
We are selling four types of products:
The brand-new products which are new products, unused in their original package, sent by the manufacturer.
The open box products are brand new items unused or slightly used without package. Usually they were used for demonstration purposes.
Used are the products which have been used in the pass by another user and they are in very good condition and very good prices.
Refurbished are the products that have been previously returned to a manufacturer or vendor for various reasons, like not sold in the market. Refurbished products are normally tested for functionality and defects before they are sold to the public. They are repaired by the original manufacturer and resold. So, they are free of defects.
The prices of the products displayed, include VAT.

Once you place your order an email will be forwarded to you, confirming your order. For any inquiry about the products feel free to contact us. After payment the invoice will also be sent in your email.
Availability:
Most of the products are directly available and shipped within 1-4 working days after you place the order. If a product is out of stock we will inform you within 2 working days. If you have already proceeded to payment you will be refunded the full price or you can choose something similar with our help.
Product Information
Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and different information to that displayed on our website. Colors may also differ. All information about the products on our website is provided for information purposes only.
Cancellations and Return Policy:
You can cancel your order within 14 days from the day of receipt. You can return the product with the invoice. The product must be returned in it's original condition and packing, sealed and unused. We will issue a fully or partially refund, depending on the situation. If you receive a product that is damaged please contact us immediately. The product will be examined and if found defective will be replaced with a new one. The cost of returning the product with courier service is borne by the buyer.

Warranty Policy:
The terms of our Legal Warranty are as provided in Law N.7(1)/2000.
Warranty period starts from the date of purchase. Warranty service is only valid if the original invoice is presented.
All products are coming with a manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer defines the period and coverage of the warranty.
I.T. Armenius Ltd, under the term of this warranty, provides free of charge repair or replacement of the defective product.
About the Pre-Order Price Guarantee:
The Pre-Order Guarantee applies to not-yet-released qualifying items.
I.T. Armenius Ltd.’s price for not-yet-released items sometimes changes between the time the item is listed for sale and the time is released and/or shipped.
• For physical Items:
Whenever you pre-order a physical item displaying the " Pre-Order Price Guarantee" message on the product detail page, the price we charge when we ship it to you will be the lowest price offered by I.T. Armenius Ltd, between the time you placed your order and the end of the day of the release date.
• For digital Games & Software:
Whenever you pre-order digital content, the price we charge you will be the lowest price offered by I.T. Armenius Ltd, between the time you placed your order and the time the content is released.
