The Bosch PRO Stainless Steel HSS-Co drill set has a long service life when drilling stainless steel. This is ensured by the metal alloy with 5% cobalt content and the HSS steel ground from solid with excellent surface quality, wear resistance and heat protection. The two cutting edges and two spiral grooves quickly remove the chips and thus extend the service life. This drill drills alloy and unalloyed steel, stainless steel, cast iron, cast steel and acid and heat resistant steel. The cross-ground drill tip enables an active drilling approach and perfect centering without wandering. The shank is cylindrical (the shank diameter corresponds to the drill diameter). It is used with drill stands and drill/drivers, for example. It is compatible with cylindrical drill chucks for corded or battery-powered drills.
