By using nanoparticles, the CryoFuze 7 enables excellent thermal conductivity on all processing components for optimal heat transfer. The balanced viscosity and electrically isolated composition ensure ultimate bonding with effortless application and cleaning. The non-corrosive and oxidation-resistant properties prevent solidification and leave metal contact surfaces intact. The CryoFuze has a versatile temperature range and offers stability from -50°C up to 250°C.
