Payments and Delivery

Available payment options are shown at checkout. We use secure payment processing for card and wallet payments.

• Credit / debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover via Stripe.
• Apple Pay and Google Pay — available on supported devices and browsers at checkout.
• Direct bank transfer — pay by bank transfer using the account details provided after you place your order.
• Pay in Store — place your order online and pay when you collect from our shop (typically used with store pickup).
• Cash on delivery — available for eligible orders when offered at checkout.

At checkout, choose how you would like to receive your order:

• Store Pickup — collect from our Nicosia warehouse or showroom when this option is available for your order.
• Home Delivery — delivery across Cyprus using the courier options below.

Home delivery rates depend on your delivery address and the contents of your cart. The options below may appear at checkout:

• Delivery to Door — courier delivery to your shipping address.
• ACS Pickup Point — delivery to an ACS branch; you select the pickup point on a map during checkout.
• BoxNow — delivery to a BoxNow locker; you select the locker on a map during checkout.
• Armenius Delivery — our in-house delivery service, available for eligible Nicosia-area orders.

We deliver throughout the Republic of Cyprus. Available shipping methods and rates depend on your postcode and delivery zone. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and value of your order, as well as the delivery method and destination you select. The final delivery charge is shown before you complete your purchase.

• Each product page shows the estimated delivery time for that specific item.
• For orders with multiple items, the combined estimate is shown at checkout based on your cart contents.
• Pre-order or special-order products may require additional time; any longer lead times are indicated on the product page.

All products are carefully packed to protect them during transport and checked before dispatch.
