QSFP+ 40G Active Optical Cable - 30 Meter

The DIGITUS 40G QSFP+ AOC active cables are a high-performance, low-power, short-range connectivity solution that supports InfiniBand QDR/ DDR/ SDR, 12.5G/ 10G/ 8G/ 8G/ 4G/ 4G/ 2G fiber channel, PCIe and SAS. They are compliant with the QSFP MSA and IEEE P802.3ba. Four full-duplex channels are used, with each channel capable of transmitting data at speeds of up to 11.3Gb/s, giving an aggregate rate of 45.2Gb/s. The active DIGITUS 40G QSFP+ AOC cables offer increased port density and cost savings in the overall system. AOC (active optical cable) is a cabling technology that accepts the same electrical inputs and outputs as a traditional copper cable, but uses optical fiber “between the connectors.”
