The Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad is a thermal pad made of modified silicone. The silicone is filled with metal oxides and therefore has outstanding thermal conductivity. The Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad 8 is a soft gap filler that is slightly adhesive but can also be easily removed. It is also electrically insulating. It also has a very high thermal conductivity, which it can develop even with very low contact pressure. The Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad 8 is used in electrical components such as PCs, notebooks, LED and LCD devices, semiconductors and transformers. The Thermal-Grizzly Minus Pad 8 is used for RAM, but also for CPUs and GPUs, particularly when overclocking computers. In general, it can be used in all applications where a metal housing is used as a heat sink.
