To ensure smooth work, the carbide plate is grooved and has notches that penetrate the masonry more easily and prevent seizing in the concrete. The Activteq centering tip ensures active cutting in concrete and a precise hole diameter. The wear markings show whether the hole diameter is still within the tolerance for the appropriate dowels. In addition, AWB brazing and hardening technology reduces vibration when drilling. The SDS-plus-5 drill is compatible with hammer drills with the SDS-plus system.
