The Samsung PM9A3 is a high-performance enterprise-grade M.2 NVMe SSD designed for data centers and servers. Featuring PCIe 4.0 x4 interface and NVMe 1.4 protocol, it delivers sequential read speeds up to 6,900 MB/s and write up to 4,100 MB/s for the 960GB model, with random 4K read performance reaching 1,000,000 IOPS and write up to 180,000 IOPS.
Built with Samsung V6 (128-layer) V-NAND TLC flash and in-house Elpis controller, it offers 1 Drive Writes Per Day (DWPD) endurance over 5 years (1,752 TBW), TCG Enterprise encryption, power-loss protection, and MTBF of 2 million hours. Optimized for mixed workloads with consistent low latency and QoS prioritization.
Form factor M.2 2280 (33.6 x 118.75 x 9.5 mm), no heatsink included. Bulk packaging for cost-effective deployment in high-duty cycle environments.
