The CI-02 multicard reader from Inter-Tech can read almost all current memory cards and transfer their data via USB 2.0 with a maximum data transfer rate of 480 Mbit/s. The connection is via an internal 9-pin USB 2.0 connector. All you need is a free 3.5″ bay to add a practical component to your PC.
