The Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad extreme 2 is the successor to the Minus Pad extreme and is designed for performance-intensive applications. The material mix of Minus Pad extreme 2 consists of aluminum oxide, aluminum hydroxide and aluminum powder. Due to the different sizes of the individual components, the smallest gaps in the carrier material (matrix) can be filled with thermally conductive particles. Another advantage of the Minus Pad extreme 2 compared to its predecessor is the softer consistency. This allows the thermal pad to adapt better to the surfaces of the heat source and cooler.
