The ARCTIC TP-3 is a premium performance thermal pad designed for efficient heat transfer in PCs, laptops, GPUs, and consoles. Based on silicone with a special thermal filler, it outperforms standard pads when handling height variances due to manufacturing tolerances. Its extremely low hardness (55 Shore OO) ensures gentle contact with components while maintaining excellent thermal conductivity of 12 W/mK.
This 1.5mm pad compresses to 0.3mm, effectively filling gaps up to 0.2mm. It is heat-conducting, vibration-damping, electrically insulating, and non-flammable (UL 94 V-0). The pad is cuttable to fit RAM modules, chipsets, ICs, M.2 SSDs, and other electronic components. Its non-adhesive, safe handling allows precise placement without stressing sensitive parts.
