The offset cold plate design with micro-skived copper fins is optimized for the hotspot locations on both Intel Tile-based and AMD Ryzen processors, ensuring efficient heat transfer across different socket architectures.
Installation is straightforward with pre-installed and pre-cabled fans, an improved Intel contact frame with optimized mounting pressure, and included MX-6 thermal paste (0.8g).
