Featuring a hybrid architecture with 6 Performance cores (Lion Cove) at 4.2 GHz base / 5.2 GHz boost and 8 Efficient cores (Skymont) at 3.6 GHz base / 4.6 GHz boost, it delivers 14 cores and 14 threads total without Hyper-Threading. The 24 MB L3 Smart Cache and ~26 MB L2 cache ensure efficient data access, while the integrated Intel AI Boost NPU provides up to 13 TOPS for AI tasks, supporting frameworks like OpenVINO and DirectML.
Built on Intel 20A/TSMC N3B process, it supports DDR5-6400 dual-channel up to 192 GB, PCIe 5.0/4.0 (24 lanes), and LGA 1851 socket.
